Access Agreement Participation
Arconic respectfully requests access to your property in order to complete cleanup activities within and along Elliott Ditch. Access is being requested from private property owners whose property is located immediately adjacent to Elliott Ditch, beginning at the intersection of Concord Road and Brady Lane downstream to the 9th Street bridge crossing over Elliott Ditch (approximately 1.5-miles). According to the Tippecanoe County Geographic Information System (GIS) database (https://beacon.schneidercorp.com/), private property lines extend to approximately the center line of Elliott Ditch.
Provided in the link below is an Access and Use Agreement (the Agreement) which:
Permits Arconic, contractors and other authorized representatives (i.e., the IDEM and USEPA) to access the property for investigation, clean-up, restoration, and monitoring;
Stipulates notice will be provided to private property owners at least one week in advance of access; and,
States that Arconic will work to minimize the impacts to individual properties and will restore the property when work is complete.

Download a copy of the PDF to your computer. You will be able to complete the Agreement electronically via Adobe PDF. Rectangles outlined in red are required.
Once you complete the Agreement electronically, save the PDF, and email it as an attachment to ElliottDitchQuestions@gmail.com.
Once received, Arconic will provide signature to fully execute the Agreement and will return an electronic version via email.
